WEDDING DAY:
* Arrive onsite to set up usually around 1 hour prior to ceremony
* Wear suitable clothing that is NOT the same colour as your wedding party's - this is YOUR day, not mine. (I'll just blend in with the crowd).
* Meet with groom and members of wedding families and engage with them to ease any pre-ceremony nerves.
* Professionally conduct your wedding ceremony - complete with 80 watt PA system, chair with white cover and bow as well as table with white cloth and feather pen for signing and table decoration (if required).
* Provide keepsake copy of written wedding ceremony in presentation folder plus a small gift for bride and groom.
POST WEDDING:
* Lodge all signed certificates with the NSW Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages
* Apply on your behalf for your registered Marriage Certificate ($45 value normally, but for the year of Feb 2011 through to Feb 2012 is free) - necessary when applying for name change on driver's licence or passports etc.
* Provide follow up form for your valuable feedback
FEES:
* Midweek ceremonies from $420.
If outside greater Sydney metro or standard dates and times (ie: public holidays, midnight, dawn etc), ceremonies may incur additional fees subject to negotiation. You will receive a written quote for your ceremony at the time of interview after we have discussed your needs.
* Terms: 50% non-refundable deposit upon lodgement of Notice and acceptance of booking. Balance payable 7 days prior to ceremony.
